Ingredients: 250g Ground beef 2 Tbsp Soy Sause 1 tbsp Oyster Sause 1.4 cup chopped onion 2 tsp grated garlic Salt and pepper to taste 2 tsp corn starch Green onions, Chopped 120g spagetti noodles |
Method: Dice Onion and grate Garlic. Boil the noodles in a pot of salted water until al dente. Save 1/2 cup noodle water. Cook the ground beef and cook until browned. Remove from pan. In a pan cook onion and garlic until onions are translucent. Add the meat back. Add the soy sauce. Add 1/2 cup water and simmer for 10 min. Mix cornstarch with 1/4 cup water and add to beef sauce and stir until it thickens. Add noodles and toss. Serve with spring onions on the top. |
