Ingredients:
1 lb ground beef 1 small Onion 3 cloves Garlic (Minced) 1 tsp Oregano 1 tsp Basil 1 tsp Parsley 1 tsp pepper Salt to taste 1 cup Tomato Sauce 1 cup Diced Tomatoes 1/2 cup beef broth 1/2 cup Kernel Corn 2 cups Egg Noodles 2 cups Grated Cheese of your choice |
Directions:
Heat a cast iron skillet on medium. Sautee Onion Add Ground Beef and cook till brown and onions are tender. In a separate pot cook the noodles in boiling water. Drain and Rinse. Add Garlic and cook another 2 min. Add Oregano, Basil, Parsley, Salt and Pepper.Stir to combine. Add the Tomato Sauce, Diced Tomatoes, Beef Broth and Corn. Stir and cook for 15 min. Add one cup of cheese and combine. Add the cooked noodles. Stir to Combine. Add remaining Cheese and serve hot. |
