Ingredients:
2 1/2 cups flour 1 tsp Baking Soda 1/2 tsp Baking Powder 1/4 tsp salt 1/2 cup unsalted Butter 4 oz. brick of Cream Cheese 1 1/2 cup sugar 1 egg 1 1/2 tsp Vanilla 8 oz. white baking chocolate chopped into small pieces. 1 1/2 cups Cranberries cut into quarters. |
Method:
1. In a bowl combine the flour, Baking Soda, Baking Powder and salt. 2. In your mixer, cream the Butter and Cream Cheese, Add the Vanilla, Sugar and Egg. Combine. 3, Add Dry Ingredients. 4. Roll dough into 1 inch balls and bake at 375 degrees for 12 to 15 minutes or until bottoms turn brown. 5. The cookies will be soft when they come out of the oven. Let them cool before removing from the pan. |
