Ingredients:
Pastry: 1 1/4 cups Robin Hood Gluten Free Flour Blend 2 eggs 1/4 cup Vegetable Oil 1 tsp Baking Powder Filling: 1 cup Strawberries 1 cup Rhubarb 2 Tbsp Maple Syrup 1 Tbsp Robin Hood Gluten Free Flour Blend 1 egg for egg wash |
Method
Filling: Place ingredients in a small frying pan or pot and cook till soft and the liquid has thickened. Pastry: Mix all ingredients in a bowl till you get a soft dough. Roll out and cut into to 5 1/2 inch squares. Brush egg wash around the outside edge of the square. Place some filling in the middle of the square. Fold square over to make a triangle. Brush egg wash over entire square. Cut slits in top of pastry to vent steam. Cook at 350 for 15 min. |
