Ingredients:
1 cup butter 1/2 cup sugar + some for topping 2 cups flour |
Steps:
1. Cream room temperature butter in mixer until smooth. 2. Add sugar and cream again. 3. Add flour and mix until ingredients come together to a soft dough. 4. Roll out dough to around 1/2 inch thick. 5. Cut out to your favourite shapes. 6. Prick with fork and sprinkle sugar on top. 7. Place on a cookie sheet and bake at 350 degrees for 30 min or until the bottoms turn brown. 8. Cool on a wire rack. |
